Introduction
I'm Fiona, the creative behind Kifi Creative. With over 20 years of experience in branding and graphic design, I help businesses bring their ideas to life through thoughtful, original design that makes them stand out.
My Approach to Design
My mission is to create design that doesn't just look good, but genuinely works. Great design should be noticed for the right reasons – understood, appreciated and, above all, effective. I believe thoughtful, well-crafted design has the power to make a real difference to a business, helping it communicate clearly, connect with the right people and stand out for all the right reasons.
A Different Way of Thinking
I bring intuition, experience and a healthy dose of perfectionism to everything I create. Being ADHD means my brain is naturally wired to see patterns, possibilities and details that others might miss. I make connections quickly, think creatively and often spot when something just isn't quite right. It fuels my focus, problem-solving and determination to get every element working as it should.
People Come First
Over the years, I've helped clients develop brand identities and creative materials that not only look the part, but work hard for their business and stand the test of time. I enjoy exploring ideas, pushing creative boundaries with colour and imagery, and finding solutions that feel individual rather than following a formula.

At the heart of my work is a genuine commitment to people. I take the time to understand each business, listen to ideas and get to know the people behind it. I build real relationships with my clients – many of whom have become friends – because I believe the best results come from trust, honesty and collaboration.

The Person Behind the Design
Fiona MacDuff – Creative Director & Graphic Designer
Creative, intuitive and a natural problem-solver, I bring together over 20 years of design experience with a genuine understanding of what makes businesses tick.
With an HND in Advertising and Graphic Design, qualifications in digital marketing and training in first-stage counselling, I bring a mix of creative thinking, commercial awareness and people skills to every project.
My experience spans brand identity and logo design, website design, video creation, social media, marketing and event design. I enjoy getting to the heart of what a business needs, spotting opportunities and finding creative ways to help it stand out and connect with its audience.
I'm also a proud ADHD thinker, which means I'm always making connections, exploring possibilities and noticing the little details.
And when I'm not immersed in a creative project? You'll probably find me with a dachshund nearby!

Fiona (Kifi) was recommended to us by friends who had recently received the Kifi magic! Fiona is fun, creative, friendly and easy to work with. She listened to what we wanted and she knew what we needed to do to promote our cafe. She is full of ideas and is more then happy to help. All this came together during Covid restrictions which made meeting difficult but we knew we could always ring or email Fiona with ideas and questions. We are over the moon with our new logo, which has also been made into classy window vinyls and a swing sign which hangs outside our cafe. Our cafe now stands out to people passing by.
